RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES MADE AT  LUXLASHSOCIETY.COM.AU

We want you to love your purchase from our online store but if you're not completely happy with the item/s you purchased we will happily exchange or refund any full or promotional price purchase within 30 days of date of delivery.

If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 60 days, the product is nonrefundable.

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Lux Lash Society is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

Items can be returned by post to our online store.

To obtain an exchange or refund purchased on-line to a store, the following return policy conditions:

  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receipt of date of delivery
  • Item/s must be in original saleable condition with all labels and tags attached
  • The tax invoice must be presented as proof of purchase

Exclusions

We do not accept refunds on items purchased on sale. Please note that NO REFUNDS are permitted on Sale items.

If a product should be deemed defective due to a manufacturer defect, please contact Lux Lash Society via email (hello@luxlashsociety.com.au ) with your order number to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and Return Form. Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase. Products returned without a Return Form will be discarded.

All returns will be managed on a case by case basis. All returns that are not the result of a manufacturer defect must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All return postage and insurance charges will be at the expense of the buyer.

Return packages must be sent with tracking details and the products must be sufficiently protected from damage. Lux Lash Society is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit.

For returns that are due to change of mind or that are not the result of a manufacturer defect these will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product value.

For exchange requests, please be mindful that the time taken for your exchanged products to be received will depend on where you live.
