We want you to love your purchase from us and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product( item must be un-used and un-opened) may be exchanged for another product, or returned for store credit.
Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, any opened/used products cannot be returned to Lux Lash Society
To be eligible for returns, please make sure that:
- the product was purchased in the last 7 days
- is in its original packaging
- you have the receipt or proof of purchase
- isn't used or damaged
- shipping fees are non-refundable
- we are not responsible for shipping fees
Products that do not meet these criterias will not be considered for return.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any return shipping costs and insurance. We are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

If you have received a damaged item, please notify us immediately by email so that we can assist you. Photos must be included of damaged item as well.
All orders are sent Express Post + Signature and include tracking.This is to ensure your items are not lost!
Express Post + Signature is $14.50
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. If your order is for an address outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by Australia Post’s Next Day Guarantee.

How will I know when my order ships?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice. We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST. Orders that are placed after 2pm AEST will be posted the following business day.
In the uncommon even that your order cannot be shipped the same day you will be notified as soon as possible and your order will be shipped the following business day. Lux Lash Society is not liable for any delays caused by the wrong address being supplied by the purchaser at checkout. Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.
If your parcel goes missing you will need to lodge an inquiry with Australia Post yourself. It is unlikely this will happen due to tracking and shipping signature on delivery. Lux Lash Society will also try and assist you if necessary.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Orders containing lash adhesives will not be shipped on a Friday, or on a weekday before a public holiday. This is to minimise the risk of your adhesive being left in an uncontrolled environment for extended periods of time.
Duties, taxes, customs & other fees
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied.
Lux Lash Society is not be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
